Perennial Holdings inks agreement to open two hospitals in Guangzhou
The hospitals are anticipated to develop Guangzhou as a “leading health tourism location”, drawing in high-net-worth buyers from the Asia Pacific region, believes Pua.

On The Other Hand, Perennial Holdings is also readied to develop an integrated eldercare venture in Guangzhou’s Huangpu District, which will certainly feature a rehab hospital, taking care of home and an eldercare home.

Perennial Holdings has signed an agreement with Guangzhou Metro Group to lease around 105,000 sq ft of space and spend around RMB1 billion ($ 178.9 million) to start 2 healthcare facilities in Guangzhou.
According to Perennial Holdings, the two healthcare facilities will include a shared medical centers and services method that will enable medical professionals and clinical teams to operate an asset-light basis, without needing to buy medical centers and services. As an alternative, they are going to utilize facilities provided and regulated by Perennial Holdings.

Situated in the Southeast Tower of Yuesheng Plaza, this will be the first completely foreign-owned tertiary overall hospital and specialist hospital in Guangzhou and Southern China. The two medical facilities will have a total intended capacity of over 600 beds.
