The Broadley is a shared venture between London-based developer Mount Anvil and the Westminster City Council. The development belongs to Westminster’s GBP1.3 billion Church Street regrowth area that will most likely see brand-new homes, retail industry and eco-friendly spaces and public facilities. “The Church Street regrowth will certainly bring about a major improvement and The Broadley will be the 1st to take advantage of it,” states Ruben Koh, senior supervisor and executive of worldwide housing sales at Savills Singapore.
Units at The Broadley comprise a mix up of studio, one-, 2- and three-bedroom houses. According to Savills, costs for the units begin with GBP599,000 ($ 1.03 million) for studios, from GBP731,000 for one-bedrooms, from GBP982,000 for two-bedrooms and from GBP1.86 million for three-bedrooms.

The project lands under fare zone 1 of London’s public transportation system, which encompasses the main area of the metro. The Broadley is within walking distance of 3 London Underground stops: Edgware Road, Marylebone and Paddington. Other notable stops, like Oxford Circus, Bond Street and Baker Street, are one stop apart.
According to Koh, The Broadley “ticks all the boxes for Singapore investors looking for high quality investments in worldwide entry cities.” He includes: “Eye-catching prices, incorporated with present currency exchange rate and softer competitiveness in the UK market, is developing timely prospects for worldwide buyers to return to the London market.”
Facilities in the surrounding spot include shops and dining establishments on Marylebone High Street. The Broadley is in addition close to various institutions and colleges, as well as eco-friendly spaces such as Regent’s Park and Hyde Park.
All apartments at the property development have a private veranda or porch and feature appliances such as a fridge, dishwashing machine, and washing unit. Homeowners also have accessibility to a 24-hour attendant service, a work out center, a home owners’ reception, a screening room, and a garden with play areas.
Units at The Broadley, a residential development in London’s Marylebone neighbourhood, will be launched for sale to Singapore buyers. The 215-unit property, which is being advertised by Savills Singapore, is a new project that is presumed to be finished in 2029.
