APAC Realty expands ERA franchise into Hong Kong

According to Marcus Chu, CEO of APAC Realty, the group’s entry right into Hong Kong comes with a “calculated and opportune time, in the middle of restored investor assurance and boosting market sentiment”.

Hong Kong’s real property market has been showing signs of improvement this year, supported by the removal of real property stamp obligations, reducing home mortgage prices and enhancing cost.

ERA HKMD’s Chan states the collaboration “shows our commitment to remaining in the lead of market trends and reinforcing our competitive edge”. She includes that ERA’s global system will help the business better address the advancing requirements of Hong Kong clients.

Chu adds that the expansion will make it possible for APAC Realty to better offer clients wanting to expand their property portfolios past Singapore. “The mix of global consistency and local insight will certainly generate our success throughout the region,” he suggests.

Under the legal contract announced on Oct 28, HKMD will most likely hold working rights over ERA member broker workplaces in Hong Kong for a three-year term starting Jan 1, 2026. APAC Realty keeps the option to renew the arrangement for one more three years, based on specific legal conditions.

Singapore-based realty providers APAC Realty, with its subsidiary brand name ERA, has signed a franchise business contract with Hong Kong– managed property and financial services firm Hong Kong Morning Dragon Company (HKMD).

Through this development, APAC Real estate’s system will grow to greater than 21,900 advisors across 14 Asia-Pacific countries. The Hong Kong franchise– ERA Hong Kong Morning Dragon– will likely be led by Michelle Chan and Benny Wong, both experienced experts with over 3 decades of experience in financial and cross-border real estate.
