SJ Group has recently introduced two strategic partnerships focused on creating cognitive areas– the next evolution of smart cities that learn, adjust and proactively restore value for consumers, ecosystems and future generations.
The first alliance, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Abu Dhabi’s Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), creates a two-year partnership to help create more integrated, maintainable and electronically empowered metropolitan systems.
Meanwhile, the China– Singapore Green Development Research (Suzhou Industrial Park) Co, a shared project in between SJ Group, Keppel and China’s Suzhou Sungent Holding Group Co, will be authorizing an MoU with BCA International on June 16 at the World Cities Summit to discover green, smart and cognitively allowed buildings and urban environments across China and Southeast Asia.
