The Great Room workspaces to be rebranded as Industrious
The three brand-new locations slated to start in the city-state this year are at Keppel South Central on Hoe Chiang Roadway, Shaw Tower on Beach Road, and Stamford Place and Stamford Road.
The Great Room presently operates seven areas in Singapore, including workspaces at One George Street in the CBD, Ngee Ann City on Orchard Roadway, and Raffles Arcade on North Bridge Roadway.
” At the core, The Great Room and Industrious share the same belief that work must really feel human,” says Su Anne Mi, handling supervisor for Industrious Apac and co-founder of The Great Room. “That approach is what specified The Great Room across Apac, and it continues under the Industrious brand.”
The rebrand comes four years right after US-headquartered Industrious– now a unit of CBRE– gotten homegrown The Great Room in May 2022. CBRE acquired full control of Industrious in January 2025.
The step will link Industrious’ Asia Pacific (Apac) places, previously running under The Great Room, into its global network, the business said in a June 17 launch.
Real estate within hospitality-led work environment provider The Great Room– covering Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Sydney– will run under the Industrious label, effective July 1.
The Great Room also presently operates 2 locations in Sydney, Australia; two in Bangkok, Thailand; and one in Hong Kong.

Industrious strategies to expand its Apac portfolio by greater than 50% over the next year, involving the opening of 3 new places in Singapore this year. The pipeline belongs to a broader global development, with the firm intending to open up more than 60 new locations worldwide in 2026.
