KF Property Network to close, agents can opt to transition to OrangeTee; rest of Knight Frank’s residential business intact

The partnership in between both companies to support KFPN representatives follows “considerable strategic discussions” that started in late 2025, the news specified.

In 2025, more than 100 representatives from KFPN left for SRI. That made up around 40% of the 274-strong salesforce at Knight Frank Singapore’s company organization as of January 2024, when it had been rated the sixth-largest property agency in Singapore.

KFPN will cease to exist by the end of 2026, Knight Frank claimed in response to EdgeProp Singapore’s queries.

Tan Tee Khoon, head of KFPN, stated: “We are positive that our salespersons that choose to change will certainly locate both continuity and brand-new opportunities for growth.”

Sales representatives that choose to relocate are going to have the ability to connect to expanded training, technology, business growth sources and the broader Realion Group environment.

The Sen price

The firm included that while agents can choose where they wish to register their licences, what makes this agreement distinct is that it is an organized, mutually recommended change established directly between Knight Frank and OrangeTee management.

OrangeTee, meanwhile, claimed it is focused on developing a salesforce of like-minded specialists that share a commitment to professionalism and customer service.

Real estate salespersons from KF Property Network (KFPN) will have the ability to transition to OrangeTee & Tie, under a contract between OrangeTee and Knight Frank.

As of June 2026, KFPN possessed approximately 97 signed up agents. OrangeTee, a member of Realion Group, has around 2,567 representatives, making it Singapore’s fourth-largest property company by registered sales representatives.

It enters as Knight Frank wants to hone its focus on its calculated core business priorities and closer regional integration, according to a July 27 joint news.

All representatives at KFPN will be qualified for this organization continuity program.

” Unlike individual transfers, this structured setup will ensure smooth management onboarding and, most importantly, no disruption to customers these specialists serve,” Knight Frank told EdgeProp Singapore. “We are offering a verified, stable platform for their long-term career growth.”

This will help guarantee continuity for clients while supporting the long-term expansion of their businesses.

In identifying the ideal agency for its salesmans, Knight Frank picked OrangeTee for its scale, innovation, training, client-first society and administration that can support the agents over the long term.

Justin Quek, Chief Executive Officer of OrangeTee and deputy group chief executive officer of Realion Team, noted that the company looks forward to sustaining the salesmans from KFPN “as they resolve in and proceed building on what they have currently achieved”.
